Brendan Gleeson (født 29. marts 1955) er en irsk skuespiller der bl.a. har spillet med i film som Braveheart, Gangs of New York og Troy. For sin rolle i filmen In Bruges blev Gleeson bl.a. nomineret til en BAFTA Award og en Golden Globe. Desuden vandt han i 2009 en Emmy Award for sin rolle i Into the Storm.
