Surop a wneir o flawd corn yw surop corn[1] sy'n gyfwyd ac yn felysydd yn y gegin. Mae ganddo flas melys niwtral, a gall fod o liw golau neu dywyll; os yw'n dywyll mae ganddo flas cryfach. Fe'i arllwysir dros grempogau, wafflau, ac hufen iâ, ac fe'i ddefnyddir i wneud teisenni, bisgedi, ac eisin neu i felysu hufen iâ.[2]
