Валка (лат.: Valka) — горад у Латвіі. З’яўляецца адміністрацыйным цэнтрам Валкаўскага края. Плошча 14,36 км². Насельніцтва 5891 чал. (2012).

Размешчаны на мяжы з Эстоніяй (горад Валга). Плошча горада — 14,2 км².
Горад Валк (па-нямецку) упершыню згадваецца ў 1286 годзе, у 1419 годзе быў рэзідэнцыяй ландтага Лівонскай канфедэрацыі. Гарадскія правы былі дадзены польскім каралём Стэфанам Баторыем у 1584 годзе.
У XIX стагоддзі з’явілася чыгунка. 15 лістапада 1917 г. у Валцы было прынята Рашэнне аб абвяшчэнні незалежнай Латвійскай Рэспублікі. Сцяг Латвіі быў узняты першы раз менавіта ў гэтым горадзе. З 1 ліпеня 1920 года горад быў падзелены паміж Латвіяй і Эстоніяй.

Краязнаўчы музей. Помнікі архітэктуры — былы дом барона фон Урангеля (1645), евангелісцкая лютэранская царква Святой Катрыны (упершыню згадваецца ў 1477, разбурана ў 1702 і 1752 гадах, пазней аднаўлялася).
