Haut-Intyamon isch öppe rund 12 km südlich vom Bezirkshauptort Bulle (Luftlinie) in de Haute-Gruyère, em obere Greyerzerland. D Gmeind ligt im Saane-Tal in de Frybùrger Alpe. S Gmeinsbiet umfasst e Flächi vo 60.4 km². Dadervo sind 2 % Sidligsflächi, 37 % Wald un Ghölz, uf 48 % wird buuret und öppe 13 % werde nöd gnutzt (Schtand: 1997).[2] De Pra de Cray isch mit 2'090 m ü. M. de höchschti Punkt vo Haut-Intyamon. Nochbargmeinde sin Châtel-Saint-Denis, Semsales, Greyerz, Bas-Intyamon un Grandvillard im Kanton Frybùrg und Château-d’Œx, Rossinière, Veytaux, Montreux un Blonay im Waadtland.
