Boesjma (Russies: Бушма) is 'n klein dorpie in Astrachan-oblast, Rusland wat tot die Birjoekofka Plaaslike Munisipaliteit behoort. Soos baie ander nedersettings in die gebied, is dit op 'n eiland in die Wolga-rivierdelta geleë. Die dorpie se naam kom van die naam van 'n nabygeleë rivier.
