歐盟 共同安全與國防政策 （英語 ：Common Security and Defence Policy ，簡稱CSDP ），前稱歐洲安全與國防政策 （英語 ：European Security and Defence Policy ，簡稱ESDP ），是歐盟共同外交與安全政策 的其中一個重要部份，並且是歐盟國防 與軍事 的指引。而ESDP又是北約 歐洲安全與防務個體 的繼承者，但這條約仍然對非北約成員的歐盟成員有效。

事實上，共同安全與國防政策是屬於歐盟機構歐洲理事會 的管轄範圍，而這個理事會是由國家領導級人物所組成的。
共同安全與國防政策的發展一直都跟隨著西歐聯盟 、北約 和歐盟 這三大組織，而此政策在科索沃戰爭 後得到了迅速發展。
