核酸分子結構

《核酸的分子結構：去氧核糖核酸之構造》（英語：Molecular structure of Nucleic Acids: A Structure for Deoxyribose Nucleic Acid）是沃森與克里克共同發表的一篇論文，该論文被刊登于1953年4月25日出版的第171期《自然》杂志，并首次描述了发现DNA的双螺旋結構的过程。此發現對生物學，尤其对遺傳學產生重大影響。

這篇論文經常被冠以“珍珠”的術語，因為它是如此的精簡（只有2頁），卻又開啟了生物有機體的基本奧秘的解答。這個奧秘包括了如何解開有機體內的基因指令，以及基因到底是如何傳遞給下一代解答。
