合和中心（Hopewell Centre）係香港島灣仔區嘅一幢地標建築物，佢樓高66層，主要出口嚮堅尼地道同埋皇后大道東183號，外形好似個樹企嘅車輪包。合和中心頂樓有間食肆旋轉66，有自助餐食。合和中心嘅建築師同老闆都係胡應湘博士，佢係香港上市公司合和實業主席。
合和中心原址前身係迪龍里濟公活佛堂[未記出處或冇根據]。
