月經（英文：menstruation、period、monthly[1]），又叫M（英文Menstruation簡寫）、姨媽，古代叫做癸水[2]、天癸[3]，係女人青春期到更年期之間子宮內膜組織脫落由陰道排出嘅現象，大約一個月發生一次，所以叫月經。月經嘅週期就叫經期。
