信用（英文：credit）喺金融上係指一方為另一方提供錢或者第啲資源，同時提供嗰方冇得即刻攞返啲錢或者資源，但佢信賴對方遲吓會還返一啲最少有同等價值嘅嘢俾自己。
例如信用咭噉，一張信用咭係由一間（通常）銀行發俾一位消費者嘅，每當位消費者碌張咭俾錢買嘢嗰時，銀行會負責俾錢，同時佢相信自己第時可以攞返最少同等量嘅錢（信攞住張咭嘅人會還錢），而令到間銀行信自己會攞得返啲錢嘅嗰樣嘢就係嗰位消費者嘅信用[1]。
