燉(粵拼:dan6)係中式煮食方法,通常用嚟整湯或者甜品。方法係將要燉嘅嘢放入個燉盅度,再將個燉盅放入一煲水煮一段時間。燉盅嘅溫度一路維持住同蒸汽差唔多,唔會太熱,而燉盅入面嘅香味同營養亦唔容易流失。
