餃係一種用麵粉做皮而又包餡嘅食品,響中國北方係一種比較傳統嘅食品,主要分為水餃(烚餃)同蒸餃兩種,仲有鍋貼(煎餃)。水餃嘅餡會將一啲肉撈埋一啲菜,最常見嘅例如白菜豬肉。蒸餃就響廣東點心常見,例如蝦餃同豆苗餃等。
其實「餃」係來自個「角」字,因為國語係同音。
