該蛋白也簡稱為LTC4S（或稱為穀胱苷肽S-轉移酶II，英語：glutathione S-transferase II）是一種將白三烯A4和麩胱甘肽結合生成白三烯C4的合酶。它也是跨膜蛋白MAPEG家族的一員。
