鼻周皮層（英文：Perirhinal cortex）是大腦顳葉內側面的一處大腦皮層，位於布羅德曼系統第35、36分區^[1][2]。鼻周皮層接收經過高度處理的感覺資訊，並是重要的記憶區域^[1]。

結構

鼻周皮層布羅德曼系統第35、36分區，其結構上可進一步細分^[2][3]。鼻周皮層的尾端與後鼻皮層相接，內側則與內嗅皮層相接^[2][4]。

功能

鼻周皮層與視覺相關，可協助辨別環境中的元素^[3][5]。此外，鼻周皮層還與視覺記憶、物體記憶相關，尤其是對物體的熟悉感^[3][6]。

臨床

鼻周皮層受損可影響視覺識別、視覺記憶等^[2][7]。
