黑素皮質素受體

黑素皮質素受體（英語：Melanocortin receptor，縮寫MCR）是七跨膜的G蛋白偶聯受體中視紫質家族的一員，在人類基因組包括五個成員^[1]，各自對不同黑素皮質素有不同親和活性^[2][3][4]：

• MC1R，MC1R與遺傳色素沉著有關。
• MC2R，MC2R也被稱為ACTH受體，能特異性結合促腎上腺皮質激素（ACTH）。
• MC3R，MC3R
• MC4R，MC4R缺陷是常染色體顯性肥胖症的一個原因，占所有早發性肥胖病例的6%^[5]。
• MC5R，MC5R。
