衛少兒，漢代外戚，原在平陽侯府做侍者。當時平陽人霍仲孺以縣吏的身份在平陽侯家供事，同衛少兒私通而生下霍去病，霍仲孺後來與衛少兒斷絕關係回家娶妻生子[1]。後來衛少兒的妹妹衛子夫得寵於漢武帝，衛少兒與陳平曾孫陳掌私通，武帝便任陳掌為詹事，讓二人成婚。
