英雄聯盟日本聯賽（英語：League of Legends Japan League，簡稱LJL）是日本《英雄聯盟》的頂級聯賽，該比賽於2014年成立，[1]舉辦地則為日本東京。[2]每年都有春、夏兩季的常規性季賽，每個賽季都有6支隊伍參賽。該比賽的常規賽採用雙循環BO3賽制，並持續10周，而常規賽前三的隊伍將進入季後賽，該比賽的季後賽則採用階梯制，其中常規賽排名第2、3的隊伍將會進入準決賽，而排名第1的隊伍和在準決賽中取得勝利的隊伍則將會進入決賽。[3]

2024年起與PCS合併賽制，LJL季後賽排名前三的隊伍，會再前往參加PCS季後賽。而該PCS春季賽冠軍隊伍參與MSI；PCS夏季賽冠、亞軍隊伍則參加世界大賽。
2025年因應APAC升格為五大賽區之一的LCP成立，LJL進行品牌重塑與賽制調整，冠軍隊伍可獲得LCP升降賽事的參賽權。
