珍·赫蕭特人道精神獎（英語：Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award）是影藝學院專門針對在人道主義事業上作出傑出貢獻電影人的一個獎項，與艾文·托柏紀念獎一樣，本獎項也不是常設獎項，並不一定每年都會頒發。並且對該獎項的投票也是專門由影藝學院的理事會成員進行的[1]。
獎項的名稱珍·赫蕭特（1886–1956）是一位演員，他曾連續18年擔任電影救濟基金會的主席，並曾於1945至1949年間擔任影藝學院的主席[2]。
珍·赫蕭特人道精神獎首次頒發是在1957年初的第29屆學院獎頒獎典禮上，截止第88屆奧斯卡金像獎，這一獎項一共頒發了38次，其中有兩位獲獎者當時已經去世[2]。
