第161師團（第161師団，Dai-hyakurokujūichi Shidan）是日本帝國陸軍的一個步兵師團。它的代號是震天兵團（震天兵団，Shinten Heidan）。該師團於1945年4月12日在上海按丙級師團標準組建。

1945年8月9日蘇聯入侵滿洲之前，該師團一直在上海執行海防任務。蘇軍入侵後，該師團奉命與第118師團一起北上協助關東軍，1945年8月15日日本投降時該師團剛剛抵達南京。
該師團炮兵部隊由12門炮組成，多數為75毫米野戰炮和91式10厘米榴彈炮。
該師於1946年2月15日返回上海，並於1946年2月25日開始復員。部隊經鹿兒島、福岡、長門、佐世保和長崎港口派往日本，最終於1946年9月6日解散。 [1]
