王吉連（1941年—），山西平定人，中國人民解放軍將領、中國人民解放軍中將。
1996年，接替趙炳耀，擔任廣州軍區空軍政治委員。2000年，接替馮永生，擔任濟南軍區空軍政治委員。2003年，由芮清凱接任。1997年，授中國人民解放軍中將軍階[1]。
