威廉·奧利弗「比爾」·羅維（英語：William Oliver "Bill" Rowe，1931年2月2日—1992年9月29日），英國音頻工程師。他曾因電影勇敢的人提名奧斯卡最佳音響效果獎。1985年他因電影殺戮戰場獲得英國英國電影和電視藝術學院最佳音效獎，並於1988年因電影末代皇帝贏得了奧斯卡最佳音響效果獎。[1]自1955年至1992年間，羅維曾參與製作國160多部電影。
