杜恆岩（1951年7月—），山東省龍口市人，中國人民解放軍上將，中國共產黨第十七屆中央紀律檢查委員會委員、第十八屆中央委員會委員。
生平
1969年入伍，1970年加入中國共產黨。曾先後在國防大學、國防科學技術大學、中共中央黨校學習。先後在瀋陽軍區、北京軍區服役，擔任過瀋陽軍區首長秘書，北京軍區政治部副秘書長、秘書長等職。1996年，任陸軍第二十八集團軍副政治委員。2000年，任陸軍第六十五集團軍政治委員。2005年，任濟南軍區副政治委員、紀委書記。2010年，接替退役的劉冬冬上將，任濟南軍區政治委員[1]。2016年1月，任新組建的中央軍委政治工作部副主任。
1998年，晉升為中國人民解放軍少將軍階。2007年，晉升為中國人民解放軍中將軍階。2012年7月，晉升為上將軍階[2]。
