李書章（1954年—），衡水市阜城縣人,1971年入伍，第三軍醫大學碩士研究生學歷，主任醫師，教授，博士生導師。。中國人民解放軍中將，曾任中央軍事委員會後勤保障部副部長。原總後勤部副部長李書章已改任中央軍委後勤保障部副部長。
生平
曾任第三軍醫大學副教務長，1999年，任第三軍醫大學西南醫院院長。2004年7月，任中國人民解放軍總醫院副院長，2009年7月，任解放軍總醫院院長[1]，2015年，升任中國人民解放軍總後勤部副部長[2]，2016年1月，任新成立的中央軍事委員會後勤保障部副部長[3]。
2013年，晉升中將軍階。
