諾伊堡的艾莉奧諾·瑪格達倫納（英語：Eleonore Magdalene of Neuburg，1655年1月6日—1720年1月19日）是神聖羅馬帝國皇后和普法爾茨諾伊堡的郡主。她是神聖羅馬帝國皇帝利奧波德一世的第三任妻子。[1]
艾莉奧諾·瑪格達倫納皇后是當時最有文化和教養的女人之一併把拉丁文的聖經翻譯成德語。
1676年，她和已兩次喪妻的利奧波德一世結婚。在此之前，利奧波德只有一名長女活著，沒有男繼承人。她婚後誕下十個孩子，其中兩個兒子是日後引發奧地利王位繼承戰爭的神聖羅馬皇帝。
