普埃布拉（西班牙語：Puebla），全名是普埃布拉德薩拉戈薩（西班牙語：Puebla de Zaragoza）；（納瓦特爾語：Cuetlaxcoapan）是墨西哥普埃布拉州的首府，位於墨西哥城以東。普埃布拉成立於1531年。海拔2060米。經濟以紡織、汽車、食品工業為主。普埃布拉總面積534.32 km2 (206.3 sq mi)，總人口148 5941。市內有5月5日廣場、聖塔羅薩博物館、拉孔帕尼亞教堂等名勝古蹟。
