促甲狀腺激素釋放激素受體（英語：thyrotropin-releasing hormone receptor，TRHR）是一種與三肽促甲狀腺激素釋放激素結合的G蛋白偶聯受體^[1]^[2]。TRHR表達於腦細胞中，在與TRH結合時會激活磷脂酶C增加細胞內的肌醇三磷酸含量。
