乙矽烷基膦

乙矽烷基膦是一種無機化合物，化學式為H₅Si₂PH₂，它可由乙矽烷和磷化氫無聲放電得到，^[1]或由溴乙矽烷和四膦基鋁酸鋰反應製得。^[2]它可以水解，並放出磷化氫：^[3]

2 H₅Si₂PH₂ + H₂O → H₅Si₂OSi₂H₅ + 2 PH₃
