金孝珍（韓語：김효진，藝名JeA，1981年9月18日—），為韓國團體Brown Eyed Girls的隊長，2015年8月底和NEGANETWORK的合約到期後決定不續約[1]，目前隸屬於APOP娛樂[2]。

近年來身為團體成員並兼任專輯製作人之一，大多負責個人創作曲之製作，是Brown Eyed Girls該團體的真正的發起人，也是韓國第一位由團體出身的女製作人。更與另一位作曲家李圭賢共同組成Candy Sound作曲團隊，其團隊的作品以出現在Brown Eyed Girls第五張專輯之中。
藝名JeA(韓語：제아)取自韓文 "最美麗的聲音(제일 아름다운 목소리)" 的含義。
