前鰭鮋科（Congiopodidae），是條鰭魚綱鮋形目鮋亞目的其中一科，生活於南半球，住在溫帶及亞南極的淺海，水深約600公尺（2,000英尺）。魚無鱗，有長喙[2]。

前鰭鮋科下分3個屬8個種，如下：
- 布氏鑷口鮋(Alertichthys blacki)
- 棘鐮吻鮋(Zanclorhynchus spinifer)
