趙興邦，字儆言，直隸真定府趙州高邑縣人，明朝政治人物、進士出身。
萬曆二十九年（1601年）辛丑科進士，萬曆三十二年任河南通許縣知縣。擢授兵科給事中，晉左給事中，改禮科左給事中，升吏科都給事中[1]。天啟六年（1626年），升太常寺少卿，提督四夷館。[2]戶部尚書馮銓貪賄太甚，為崔呈秀所嫉，崔呈秀說服魏忠賢罷免馮銓，趙興邦與曹欽程作為馮銓黨羽，也於同年閏六月被免官閒住[3]。
