《星條旗永不落》（英語：The Stars and Stripes Forever），或翻譯成《永遠的星條旗》、《星條旗頌》，是美國作曲家約翰·菲利普·蘇沙（John Philip Sousa）的代表作，美國著名愛國進行曲。根據1987年的美國國家法令（The United States Code），《永遠的星條旗》為美國國家進行曲（The National March of The United States）。
進行曲前奏以四個小節的介紹開始，然後是重複的第一樂章，之後又有一個重複的第二樂章。若是樂隊在遊行中演奏該曲，則會讓兩者都重複兩次（又或是加入重複的三重奏）。現在三重奏的第一彈有個人人都熟悉的兒歌，也就是該曲的戲仿歌曲（英語：The Stars and Stripes Forever#Parody lyrics），即「善待你的蹼足朋友」（Be kind to your web-footed friends）的曲子[註 1]。在這個部分中，歌詞已被更改。後來，這個部分被視為小型的可省略伴奏（英語：Obbligato）（Obbligato（義大利文））而重複了一遍。

1972年，美國總統尼克森訪華，期間軍樂團演奏的即為《永遠的星條旗》。導致美國國歌《星條旗》（The Star-Spangled Banner）被錯誤地認為是《星條旗永不落》，此說法流傳甚廣，因此許多民眾誤以為此即美國國歌，甚至中華人民共和國官方媒體新華網上關於美國國歌的介紹也將兩首歌曲的譯名混淆[4]。混淆更為主要的原因是美國國家法令（The United States Code）170條規定《星條旗》（The Star-Spangled Banner）為美國國歌（National Anthem），188條規定《永遠的星條旗》為美國國家進行曲（National March），與中華人民共和國國內被宣傳的情形有別。
