加利西亞蘇維埃社會主義共和國（烏克蘭語：Галицька Соціалістична Радянська Республіка，羅馬化：Halytska Sotsialistychna Radianska Respublika）是奧匈帝國解體後，加利西亞地區被波蘭和捷克斯洛伐克占領，存在於1920年7月8日－1920年9月21日（波蘇戰爭期間），由紅軍在西南戰線建立的一個社會主義共和國。這個政權共存在2個多月，且不被國際廣泛承認。
