伊斯蘭國呼羅珊省(英語:Islamic State – Khorasan Province,簡稱ISIS-K、ISIL–KP、IS-K或ISKP;阿拉伯語:الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام – ولاية خراسان,羅馬化:ad-Dawlah al-Islāmiyah fī 'l-ʿIrāq wa-sh-Shām – Wilayah Khorasan[1])自稱是伊斯蘭國在中亞及南亞的分支,與敘利亞的伊斯蘭國領導層有聯繫,活躍於阿富汗、巴基斯坦西北部、烏茲別克、塔吉克等地。呼羅珊是中亞圖蘭、波斯、阿富汗及巴基斯坦等地的古統稱[2]。

該組織成立於2015年,首任領導人哈菲茲·賽義德·汗和大多數成員均自巴基斯坦塔利班運動分裂叛離而出[3][4][5],其勢力壯大後,烏茲別克伊斯蘭運動更宣布歸附並加入該組織[6]。在阿富汗,呼羅珊省不僅從鄉村、而且還從城市中產階級及大學知識分子之中招募人員,特別針對宗教相關院校或學科的師生,以致在該國有許多伊斯蘭學校教師以及該國最大的喀布爾大學學生參與該組織。除來自巴基斯坦和烏茲別克的聖戰者外,該組織的大部分人力均來自挖角而來的前塔利班成員[7]。
