《1905年巴布亞法令》（英語：Papua Act 1905）是澳洲議會的一項法令，旨在將巴布亞領地從英國移交予澳洲。法令的詳題是《旨在接受英屬新幾內亞為澳大利亞聯邦及其政府管轄下的領土的法令》（An Act to provide for the acceptance of British New Guinea as a Territory under the authority of the Commonwealth, and for the Government thereof）[1]。該法令正式將巴布亞納入澳洲的海外領地，並一直有效，直到《1949年巴布亞及新幾內亞法令》通過後，巴布亞與新幾內亞合併。
