西北地區行政長官或譯為地區總理、地區省長（英語：Premier of the Northwest Territories）是加拿大西北地區的政府首長和實際上的行政長官。地區長官由西北地區專員委任，並成為地區政府行政會議（Executive Council，即內閣）的主席。
