派恩街70號（70 Pine Street），舊稱美國國際大廈、華爾大廈60，最初名為城市服務大廈，是一座位於紐約曼哈頓的66層，952英尺（290米）高的辦公樓。[5]於1931-1932年由城市服務公司修建而成。[6]在世界貿易中心完工前，派恩街70號是紐約市第三高樓。
