方利旭（1963年10月—），男，漢族，廣東普寧人，中華人民共和國政治人物，中國共產黨黨員，第十三屆全國人民代表大會廣東地區代表。
生平
1989年6月，加入中國共產黨。1999年10月，任中共澄海市委副書記。2001年3月後，任汕頭市龍湖區委副書記，區長。2005年6月，任中共汕頭市委常委。2008年7月，任中共潮州市委常委、潮州市人民政府常務副市長。2013年8月後，任廣東省人民政府副秘書長，省援疆前方指揮部總指揮、新疆喀什地委副書記[1]。2014年12月，任廣東省人民政府副秘書長、辦公廳黨組成員，省援疆前方指揮部總指揮、新疆喀什地委副書記。2016年7月後，任中共梅州市委副書記。2016年8月後，任中共梅州市委副書記，梅州市人民政府代市長、市長[2]。2018年3月，任中共汕頭市委書記[3][4]。2018年2月24日，當選為第十三屆全國人大代表[5][6][7][8]。
