拉瓦若（Laworo）是印度尼西亞東南蘇拉威西省的一個城鎮，是西穆納縣的縣治所在，位於蘇拉威西島東南的穆納島西北。2010年統計，拉瓦若所在的Sawerigadi區（Kecamatan Sawerigadi）共有6,284人[1]。蘇吉馬努魯機場位於拉瓦若東部。
