兰州市历史上的一个行政区，明洪武初降兰州置，属陕西临洮府，治所即今甘肃省兰州市。成化十三年九月庚辰(1477年10月22日)议复升为兰州[1]，成化十四年四月癸卯（1478年5月13日）正式升为兰州[2]。
