艾伦·李·德杰尼勒斯（英语：Ellen Lee DeGeneres，1958年1月26日—）是一位美国演员、喜剧演员、主持人、作家及制作人，现在她主持脱口秀节目《艾伦·德杰尼勒斯秀》（The Ellen DeGeneres Show）及在《美国偶像》（American Idol）第九季担任评审。主持第79届、第86届奥斯卡金像奖[2][3]，亦曾多次凭《艾伦·德杰尼勒斯秀》获得艾美奖。

2020年夏天，她的节目被调查为不友善的工作环境，而且该节目的制作人涉嫌骚扰员工而成为争议的问题。经过内部调查后，三名高级员工退出；德杰尼勒斯道歉，并发誓要把节目变成一个“每个人都会受到尊重的工作环境。”[5]
早期生活
德杰尼勒斯在美国路易斯安那州杰斐逊奥克斯纳医疗中心出生，她的父亲艾略特是一名保险销售员，母亲是贝蒂（Betty DeGeneres）是一名语言治疗师（speech therapist）。[6]她拥有法国、英国、德国和爱尔兰的血统。在13岁之前，她成长于基督教科学会（Christian Science）的家庭中。1973年，她的父母申请分居，隔年离婚。她的母亲贝蒂随后改嫁给Roy Gruessendorf。 1976年5月，德杰尼勒斯毕业于亚特兰大高中（Atlanta High School）。毕业后，她搬回路易斯安娜州进入新奥尔良大学（University of New Orleans），主修传播学（communication studies）。一个学期后，她离开学校进入一家法律顾问公司从事文职工作（clerical work），她同时也在湖滨购物中心（Lakeside Shopping Center）中的连锁服饰店Merry-Go-Round卖衣服。她其他的工作经验包括：在星期五餐厅（TGI Friday's）当服务员、房屋油漆工（house painter）、招待员、酒保。在她的演出中，许多都与她的童年生活及工作经验有关。

个人生活
德杰尼勒斯在1997年出柜后不久，和演员安妮·海切开始了一段感情，她们的关系被小报大肆报导，但最后于2000年以分手收场。[8]跟着，德杰尼勒斯与演员／导演／摄影师亚历山德拉·哈迪森开始约会。[9]2004年，德杰尼勒斯与曾在《艾莉的异想世界》饰演Nelle Porter的波蒂亚·德·罗西开始了另一段感情，两人于2008年8月16日在加州结婚。[10]
