直接税（英语：direct tax），即所得税，是指纳税人根据收入直接向政府交税，而所交的税是不能转嫁给别人。直接税在政府公共财政收入中相对不稳定，因为税收随经济周期改变[1]。除了直接税外，亦有间接税。
