手屈肌支持带（英语：Flexor retinaculum of the hand）、横腕韧带（transverse carpal ligament）、前环形韧带（anterior annular ligament），是腕关节附近手掌前侧的纤维带。它以拱形覆盖在腕骨上，并形成腕隧道。
