少尹是中国古代地方官制，唐代始设，府州的副职。
唐代始设府。府是州的升级，州的长官为刺史，府的长官为府尹。京都的府尹则习惯称为京兆尹。少尹是府尹的副手，从四品。开元元年改为少尹，其前身又称治中、司马、赞治、县丞。杜甫有《徐九少尹见过》诗云：“晚景孤村僻，行军数骑来。”，在战时，少尹又兼称行军[1]。宋朝仍有少尹之名，但无实权。
