博德斯集团（英语：Borders Group, Inc.）曾经是美国第二大书商。博德斯集团成立于1971年，2011年2月申请破产保护，最终正式在7月清盘[1]。全盛时期，博德斯曾经进军海外，分别在成立博德斯(英国)及博德斯(亚太区)，在英国、澳洲、新西兰,马来西亚及新加坡开设分店。不过博德斯(英国)早于2009年已经面对财困及赤字[2]。
