费城联邦储备银行（英语：Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia），简称费城联储银行，为美国12个联邦储备银行之一，管辖联邦储备系统的第3联邦储备区，总部位于宾夕法尼亚州费城国家独立历史公园。

费城联储银行管辖联邦储备系统的第3联邦储备区，包含特拉华州全域，以及新泽西州、宾夕法尼亚州的部分地区。总部位于美国宾夕法尼亚州费城，为迁都华盛顿D.C.前之首都，且为美国美国第一银行及美国第二银行的所在地，现任总裁为派翠克·提摩西·哈克（第11任总裁，2015年7月1日-）。[1]
