谨慎标准

在侵权法中，谨慎标准（英语：standard of care）指负有谨慎责任的个人应有的审慎及谨慎程度，取决于具体情况。^[1]

是否违反谨慎标准由事实裁决者（英语：Trier of fact）裁定。裁定标准通常表述为“合理的人”。
