绵羊肉

绵羊肉是世界上最常见的肉类之一，取自家养绵羊（Ovis aries）。英语中通常分为“lamb”（即羔羊肉，取自第一年的绵羊）、“hogget”（取自第二年的绵羊）和“mutton”（取自更老的绵羊）^[1][2]。
