社区（德语：Gemeinschaft、英语：Community），也亦称社群、共同体或礼俗社会，是由19世纪德国社会学家滕尼斯提出，指与“社会”（Gesellschaft，或曰法理社会）相对的通过血缘、邻里和朋友关系建立起来的人群组合。后来也指：因为共享共同价值观或文化的人群，居住于同一区域，以及从而衍生的互动影响，而聚集在一起的社会单位（英语：Level of analysis）。
