皇座法庭所属分庭庭长

皇座法庭所属分庭庭长（英语：President of the Queen's Bench Division）是英格兰及威尔士高等法院皇座法庭所属分庭的司法首长。目前由Victoria Sharp（英语：Victoria Sharp）担任该职。

截至2005年前，英格兰及威尔士首席法官同时兼管所属分庭庭长的职务，此前所属分庭庭长的职位并不独立存在。不过自2005年宪政改革法令生效后，庭长一职与首席法官权力分离，并由Igor Judge（英语：Igor Judge, Baron Judge）爵士担任首任所属分庭庭长。

皇座法庭所属分庭副庭长

皇座法庭所属分庭副庭长一职在1997年正式设立，是早于所属分庭庭长而独立存在。1988年，英格兰及威尔士首席法官Geoffrey Lane（英语：Geoffrey Lane, Baron Lane）勋爵安排英格兰及威尔士上诉法院法官Tasker Watkins（英语：Tasker Watkins）爵士担任暂委首席法官，以暂代Lane勋爵执行职务。1992年4月27日，Taylor of Gosford（英语：Peter Taylor, Baron Taylor of Gosforth）勋爵接任首席法官一职，此时Watkins爵士仍然留任为暂委首席法官。1993年，Watkins爵士退休，Taylor勋爵希望起用上诉法院法官Paul Kennedy（英语：Paul Kennedy (English judge)）爵士接管皇座法庭所属分庭。其后Bingham of Cornhill（英语：Thomas Bingham, Baron Bingham of Cornhill）勋爵在1996年继任为首席法官，他和大法官Mackay of Clashfern（英语：James Mackay, Baron Mackay of Clashfern）勋爵正式共同决定起用Kennedy爵士担任皇座法庭所属分庭副庭长，并同意要确立副庭长的法定地位。Bingham勋爵于1997年正式任命Kennedy爵士，之后一任的大法官Irvine of Lairg（英语：Derry Irvine, Baron Irvine of Lairg）勋爵在1999年透过1999年司法公正法令（Access to Justice Act 1999）确立副庭长法定地位。^[5][6]
