熊培元，字大初，江西南昌府丰城县人，明朝政治人物，赐特用进士出身。
崇祯十五年赐进士，官朝城知县，时年发生大规模饥荒，盗贼蜂起，其多方赈济灾民；又加修城防守备，使流寇无法进犯，因劳瘁卒于任[1]。
